This hotel saved our night after a long trip back from Sardinia and an emergency at the italian highway.
They helped us even sending a taxi to pick us up from the middle of nowhere, where we were with the broken car. They took well care of us, amazing employees!
The hotel is very beautiful, amazing design, confortable and warm, we never heard of Pistoia until last night and now we would love to come back and stay again at this beautiful property (and properly enjoy) our time in Pistoia.
Thank u again for your help and hospitality… Here you can live the real meaning of hospiyality!

Wonderful hotel. I wish I could have stayed here more than one night. The hotel is centrally located in the center in a safe shopping area. The front door is accessible only with a code for extra security. The reception staff was friendly. The room was modern, colorful, clean, and cheerful. There was a welcoming gift bag of candy on the bed. The air conditioning worked fast and well. The TV had a lot of channels in many languages. The bathroom was spacious and the bath products were high quality. I regret that I left too early to partake of the breakfast bar because it looked like it was very well stocked.

We stayed here one night while on vacation. It was a perfect place. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and we slept great. The breakfast was €9 extra and was wonderful. The location was great, just short walk to the city center and a gelato shop just downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Pistoia was a great city to visit.

Palazzo 42 is a fantastic hotel right in the middle of Pistoia. Recently renovated to very high standards with everything meeting the needs of a demanding traveller like myself. The rooms are top, the interiors well designed, the bathroom bright and modern. The Wifi functions 100%. The cleaning service is top. The public areas are very pleasant and well styled. The crew deserves a special mentioning for their competence and freindliness: Sara, Ilario, Francesca, Elisa, Yaye and Alexander. A cafe house with top selection is next door. For dinner and lunch we liked "Gargantua" a ca. 300 meters distance. Pistoia is a marvel of an unspoilt italian city. Palazzo 42 is the crown of accomodation.

We came here to visit Florence and Pisa by car. The Hotel is really nice and seems to be quite new. The staff was super friendly and had some great tips (e.g. to better use the train to get to Florence). Only one of the food recommendations was not really something for us but that differs for the taste. I would visit the hotel again!
